What a whirl of a weekend! The past few days I have been in Dallas for a blogging conference meeting with brands and learning about trends for 2017 in technology, social media and online creative publishing. My mom was so sweet to come along so she could bring Maxi and I could continue to nurse her in between meetings. My mom is SUCH a lifesaver in every scenario! We ended the weekend with brunch with friends and Maxi got to have a little date with our friends’ son Jackson. 😉 We were at brunch yesterday and we put them next to each other. Jackson is a few weeks older than Maxi and like any flirtatious boy he put his hand on her’s immediately! Maxi pulled away and poor Jackson started crying. We died laughing. Isn’t it funny how much your kids can entertain you?! I’m sure anyone else would have been like, “Okay….that wasn’t THAT funny…”
After brunch we headed home to unpack. I thought I dreaded unpacking for me, myself and I. Add a kid to the mix?! It took me all afternoon! Moms…what is your secret?! We were only gone for a few days! How did it take me that long to sort through everything and wash it all?! #RookieMomProblems
As we were unpacking, I started to try on things and quickly spring clean my closet. Which ALWAYS ends in me online shopping for things I think my closet needs. I found a few pieces that can be worn now and throughout summer under $200. Find anything that suits your fancy?!
