Cabo Wabo

This e-mail addict is off to Cabo! I leave tomorrow and as I type this at 6 a.m., could not be more ready! So, if you do e-mail me this week I’m taking a little break and will get back to you next week. 🙂 I figured this was the perfect post to talk about what I wear traveling and what I bring on board!

This Riffraff top is my new go-to. It’s a “flirting is my sport” top and while I totally felt like my inner 12-year-old was coming out, I couldn’t help but laugh and have to get it because I was the little girl walking off the soccer field telling my mom it made me sweaty. It might be the most comfortable shirt, ever and paired with some destroyed skinny jeans means I can sleep on the plane and not look like a slob when I wake up.
Carryon Goodies:
Panama Hat: I am a plane sleeper. I think flight attendants love me because they never have to deal with me. Sleeping on planes is never comfortable, but who turns down a nap? I’ve learned to always bring a hat on board and just cover my face with it. I’m just not cute when I sleep and no one should have to look at that.
Self Tanner: [c/o Rodan + Fields]Who brings self tanner to Mexico? Me. Because I won’t get tan, would like to put off wrinkles and damage as much as possible and I want to at least pretend. I went to San Antonio a few weeks ago and tried Rodan + Fields Essentials Sunless Foaming Tanner. It has RF-D Cell Technology, which basically means it just extends the tan (amen!) and is filled with antioxidants to protect your skin. Win Win! It is incredibly natural looking. In the words of CK, “If you can’t tone it, tan it!” Get it here! If you want to try some other products of their’s, I tried the mini facial and had gorgeous skin for weeks, you can figure out what is best for your skin here
Ipad: I bring my iPad covered in this. I’ve been reading Before I go to Sleep and you all should, too! Give me a psychotic spouse and I’m set for the entire day glued to it!
Alter Ego Necklace: No arm parties in Mexico, but I posted on instagram the bar necklace I’m wearing every day with my sister’s birthday on it and so many of y’all wanted one, too. I got the Alter Ego necklace, you can purchase here, and am in love with all of the sentimental things you can get engraved.
Blanket: It seems a bit much I would take this on the plane, but I promise I have mastered the plane snooze!
So please excuse me while I ignore my e-mail for a week [who am I kidding, I’m going to miss you all and check it by Thursday] and make some sand angels!
