Little Blue Blazer

Jacket: [c/o] Milk & Honey | Top: Nordstrom | Jeans: Similar | Shoes: Nordstrom | Clutch: GiGi New York | Ring: Ann Taylor | Earrings: Kendra Scott

When I first bought boyfriend jeans I was pretty sure it was the worst decision I had ever made.

They were baggy and loose and I just felt like the proportions were all off.

It was the middle of the summer and I kept wearing baggy tanks. I thought I looked like the cover of a children’s story book about a farmer with a bad spray tan.

Fast forward to cooler temps and I can’t take these off. Leggings aren’t pants [even though we wish they were] and jeans can get a little boring. So when I have a fitted top on and heels, these are the saving grace pants that keep you from looking a little too Brooke Davis from One Tree Hill.

You just have to play with balance on these and stray from the Olsen Twin look. A blazer with a higher cut is one of the most flattering things you can pair with these pants, and this blue one is my favorite! The silhouette makes your middle appear longer and leaner, which we all love!

The exact boyfriend jeans I have on are sold out, but I pulled lots of similar options [that I may have stocked up on ;)] too!
