Fall Handbags

I’ve gotten a lot of requests for what fall handbags you need, and each time I have gone to make this post I’ve gotten into the black hole called Nordstrom.com and picked out my handbag for each season until I am well over 35. What is with the obsession? Each time I go and take outfit photos and don’t have a huge tote to hide behind, I feel really uncomfortable. I could give a cliche’ answer like how it is an outward symbol of your style and a little “about me” you give to individuals without speaking. But I honestly think our handbag is a comfort zone. It carries all our little secrets but is chic enough that you carry it every day to pull your look together.
Invest in your handbags because they go through a lot and have the job of looking pretty for you every day. I always think, “Okay if I had no makeup on, dirty hair and a stained sweater which of you ladies will have me looking like I “tried” to do Kate Moss grunge.”
I also included a roundup of what to keep in your bag for fall, because I’m a snoop and love to see what you have in yours! If you have any questions, let me know! 🙂

  2. That tote bag is to die for! I’ve seen it everywhere and it’s on my permanent wish list. I also love all your bag fillers–little accessories like that are my favorite.

  3. I love that Tory tote! I usually carry a Speedy bag for fall, but maybe this year I will branch out.

  4. I love all those bags! I am a big fan of investing in bags – you don’t want something that will fall apart especially if you want to use it! My Marc Jacobs bag has held up for two years and it still looks absolutely brand new!
