Fall/Winter Walmart Fashion Haul

The Details

In partnership with Walmart. All purchases and opinions are my own!

I try my best to not exaggerate when it comes to anything frivolous, but when I tell you this was my best Walmart Fashion haul of all time, I’m still sitting here in disbelief. From cozy sweaters that feel like a Barefoot Dreams blanket to a dress that looks designer, let’s quickly run through what I purchased. I had intended to get this blog post up next week, but once my order came in {it was free 2-day shipping with my order over $35!} I knew these items would sell out quickly so I had to get it up for you.

Sweater {wearing small, runs TTS}

I loved the feel and fit of this sweater so much, that when it came in I also went to order it in lavender! This turtleneck sweater is incredibly soft, feels like $100 {instead of $16}, and is the perfect complement to jeans and over-the-knee boots. It comes in a ton of colors, although selling out quickly. But what I love most is the fit. It’s the Goldilocks of turtlenecks if you will. I find winter sweaters to be incredibly oversized or just a smidge too fitted. I got this sweater in my regular size, and it’s long enough to pair with leggings, but also feels polished with jeans and boots. I’d also grab it in black because it would be perfect to wear with faux leather leggings.

Dress {wearing size small}

This is the purchase I am *most* excited about! This bohemian-esque dress can be worn year-round, but it is so beautiful for Thanksgiving with a faux fur vest thrown over it. I’m wearing a size small and belted it to add a little color and texture. Y’all know, I’ve been sharing Walmart Fashion finds for 3 years now, and this is probably my favorite item I’ve ever ordered besides the boob tape.

Sweater {wearing small}

This v-neck sweater is the perfect “get up and go” type of piece in your closet. Your favorite v-neck tee, college sweatshirt, and now this. Items you can consistently reach for and throw on with jeans whether you feel ready for the day or not. This sweater would look just as cute with faux leather leggings, a long white tee underneath, no makeup, and a top knot as it would with jeans flats. The color makes the statement!

Boots {TTS, go up half a size if you want to wear thick socks}

Combat boots are BIG this season, and I am in no way, shape, or form cool enough for them. But when I saw these I thought, “I can get on board with these!” I think the faux fur and fabric on the side oftens them up, and my mind says, “Well if I can wear an Ugg boot, I’m confident enough to wear these.” I went up half a size in them, and I really think you can go either way. If I had thick socks, I’d be grateful I went up half a size. If I wore thin socks, your regular size would work just as well. So however you prefer your socks and boots to be is how I’d order your size.

Dress {wearing small}

This date-night dress is incredibly flattering! I’m 5’3″ and it’s at my knee so if you are taller it wouldn’t be too short on you. The smocked top is great if you have a curvier chest or are nursing! I got so excited I could wear this because if you are a nursing mama, you know you have to say, “Bye” to most dresses in your closet for a short time. This dress also has a navy base, so you can wear it with all your brown boots.

Leopard Cardigan {wearing small}

A leopard cardigan is always a top trend each fall, and this one feels like a Barefoot Dreams blanket! It’s that exact cozy texture. Treat it like a neutral cardigan over your denim and favorite tees, but this is also perfect for lounging at home in joggers. I keep reaching for it in the mornings, while I drink my coffee, and get the kids up. With its incredible texture, it’s a piece in your closet you’d want to find reasons to keep trying it on.
