Neutral Accessories on Repeat

Most often, I associate summer with bracelet stacks that have every color of the rainbow, trendy sunglasses, and embellished visors. It’s the season of second-skin necklaces and layers of your favorite things. But even if you love pops of punchy colors adorning your looks, it’s nice to have set neutrals you can weave in and out of every look. From your favorite cut-off shorts to sundresses, here are three of my favorite neutral accessories to take you through the heat.

1. Neutral Hat

I picked up this Janessa Leone packable hat from You Are Here one afternoon before I went golfing with Paul. I have worn it nonstop ever since! I’m not sure the exact name of it, but think it is this one. I take a medium in her hats. However, I’ve rounded up a few at different price points below. I like to apply less heat on my hair in the summer. In between the chlorine from the pool and how often I wash it being outside {a stark contrast to the rest of the year!}, I like to give it a break. Hats, braids, and embracing my natural texture helps a lot.

2. Gold Beaded Bracelets

I always stack Allie + Bess bracelets in the summer. These candy-coated beads are fun to mix and match based on your personal style, but I also love to add bits of gold in between the colors. These Georgia bracelets by Lisi Lerch are neutral but make a statement. They come in different sizes, I have 14, 10, and 8 mm. In these photos, you see the 10 and 8 mm.

3. Aviators

I adore aviators that work from outdoor parties to pool days and these have been my most worn the past year! I have them in the gold/green combo!

Whether you are a neutral lover or prefer your wardrobe to mimick The Home Edit’s Instagram, you can always mix in neutrals for summer. Which one is your favorite?
