Colorful Summer Try-On Haul

It feels a bit odd to be sharing summer clothing {already?!}, but with it being the last day of April, I thought, “Why not?!” Maxi starts swim lessons in 3 short weeks, which was a huge reminder that summer will be here before we blink.

Today, I’m sharing a colorful summer try-on haul! From a pink dress I can’t get enough of, to a romper perfect for a bachelorette brunch, I tried to give a good mix of styles, fit {loose or fitted!}, and lifestyles- don’t worry mamas, there’s an easy at-home outfit at the end. This post is all in conjunction with a series on my Insta Stories, so if you want to see these items closer up, be sure to watch that today!

Dress {size S} | Bag | Bralette | Necklace | Similar Sandals | Hoop Earrings

First up, we’ve got a dalmatian-spotted dress that is so lightweight for 100-degree days. But it is still lined so you don’t have to worry about it being ridiculously sheer. I am wearing a black bralette underneath to accent the black pattern and paired it with some black espadrilles and a straw bag. However, you could also wear a black crossbody with it as this is a great print for extending your black accessories through the summer. I’ve styled this dress multiple ways {white flare jeans, shorts, etc} and this is how it looks as a dress. I find this fits TTS and am wearing a small, but if you wanted it longer, you could go up a size. Also note, these bow straps are adjustable based on how you tie it, so you could go longer if need be!

Dress | Wedges | Hoops

I joke this dress has left me speechless, but that’s a nicer way of saying my affection for this dress is unhealthy. It’s pink. It’s a hi-low style. It’s printed. It can be very versatile. You can wear it as a caftan with flip flops, you can belt it for a fitted look, or you can wear it with a tank and wedges for girls’ night out. I’ve never felt more “Real Housewives” reunion ready {which is your favorite season?!} and I am not mad about it! I’m wearing this tonight to my Kendra Scott event…and probably every event after that. 😉

Romper {size S} {runs smalls} | Similar Jean Jacket | Sandals | Earrings

Need a romper for a girls’ trip or weekend getaway?! Some seasons tropical prints are big. This season? Look to your fridge, fruit is in. 😉 From jewelry {look at this Baublebar collection} to shoes, you’ll see everything from citrus to berries. I would size up in this romper as it runs a bit small, but it does have adjustable straps for length, too! My other favorite factor about this romper is the coloring. The turquoise blue paired with the coral and orange punch helps to warm up your skin if you are fairer complected like me.

Top {size small} | Skirt | Earrings {love these for less!} | Similar Sneakers

I told you, fruit is having a moment this season. This sweet cherry print may be my favorite way to rock the trend because it isn’t overwhelming if you just want to “dip” your toe in this season’s staple. You can pair this top with white jeans or shorts and a denim jacket and still feel pretty neutral. This top is adjustable with the bow straps and is lined. I also like that it is a tank that is loose enough to not be touching you, so when the temperatures rise you don’t feel stiff.

Top {runs small!} |  This Season’s Version of Shorts | Similar Sneakers | Similar Necklace

I had to include a little 4th of July option if you are like me and enjoy prepping for holidays early- like, REALLY early. ha! But truly, I wanted to share some options before they sell out as that always tends to happen a few weeks into summer. Plus, you can get far more wear out of it this way. From boat rides to outdoor brunches, this tie top is something you can easily throw on with jean shorts. But the flutter sleeves feel a bit more feminine than your everyday cotton tee.

Tee {size xs} | Shorts | Sandals | Earrings | Similar Necklace

Lastly, here’s an easy everyday look if you don’t get too dressed up in your day-to-day life. I shared this look {middle} on Instagram this weekend but also wanted to highlight where I featured the individual pieces on the blog prior. This cotton top comes in white and gray and runs large. I paired it with tie-dye shorts {another major trend} and felt girly while being dressed down.

Which look would you wear most often?!
