Styling a Buffet

I popped into one of my favorite antique malls this weekend to browse their fall decor. And while the 109-degree day kept me from going home with any candy corn accents, I fell in love with these floral iron lamps (similar). I gave them a new home on our buffet, which is easily my favorite place to rearrange in our home. Because we don’t have built-ins, this is the place I love to recreate for holidays and zhush up for parties. I wanted to share how I’ve styled this space throughout the year before I put pumpkins out next month. Speaking of which, when are you decorating for fall?! It’s so warm here, I can’t fathom until at least mid-September!

    Katey,
I just commented on your OTHER buffet post! June 2021!
You had a reader, Madison, ask about the wood and I had an answer and some other interesting facts as I own a family piece too, the “twin” of your buffet! This buffer post was so interesting that I looked for your other Buffet post! Glad you didn’t go “Minimalist” on your family piece. I know there is a place for minimalism but NOT on these great family display pieces! You DID give me an idea of what to store inside. PERFECT!
