POP some popcorn and get ready to shop all things Lilly! The Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale is live today and if you aren’t familiar, this is a sale that Lilly does twice a year and the savings are huge- I’m not just talking saving $20 here or there. I’m talking you can save $124 on a dress, etc! This is when I buy probably 90% of my Lilly piece you see me wear throughout the year from vacation dresses to Easter looks. This is also when I buy all of Maxi’s Lilly Pulitzer items as they usually have a fabulous selection of children’s merchandise on sale. As I shop the sale, I like to cover it for you all- because most of the time I’m wearing Lilly readers will ask, “Where is that piece from?” If it was purchased during this sale {which is usually was} then it is no longer sold, and what’s the fun in that?! So let’s shop and share!

A Few Things I Like to Note About the Sale:

  1. Don’t panic over the virtual waiting line! This is how Lilly keeps their site from crashing during the sale. They have a virtual waiting room when you go to shop the sale, but it always moves smoothly. In my experience, the wait is always overestimated.
  2. You’ll have to create an account to shop! So be sure to do that first before you add to cart.
  3. Items are final sale, so be sure to be mindful of sizing. I always do a size review for Lilly sales because of this so below I’ll share my size in Lilly to help you best estimate!
  4. More items will drop Tuesday and Wednesday {sale ends Wednesday night} so be sure to come back here tomorrow to see more!

TOP FIVE TODAY

Below are my top five pieces on sale today to help you before you click “add to cart.”

Nevie Dress

Headed on your honeymoon or need a dress for a tropical vacation? This is it. The Nevie Dress is originally $118 and on sale for $59. I’m wearing an XS and it is incredibly soft. It’s not too structured and I belted it to show how you can style it a bit dressier. However, if you don’t belt it, you could style it as a coverup with flip flops, it can be quite the versatile little white dress. My favorite details about this dress are the bell sleeves which make it flirty and the softness. So many off-the-shoulder dresses can cut into your shoulders, feel stiff, and just be plain uncomfortable. In fact, most of the time I wear them I’m wishing I had gone a different route. This is NOT like that in the slightest and I felt really comfortable in it, I didn’t fidget with the top or straps at all, which I think says a lot for the structure and quality of an off-the-shoulder number. Shop it here.

Mila Engineered Stretch Shift Dress

If you have never shopped Lilly before OR you love to match your littles, go with the Mila Shift Dress! This is a shift dress but has stretch to it, so it makes it the perfect piece to pack in your suitcase. It hides wrinkles quite well. 😉 These dresses have prints that match their little girl dresses, as well. I wore one to match Maxi for our cousin’s rehearsal dinner this past spring. I also love to pair these with white sneakers, a jean jacket, even a ball cap for running around. I take a 0 in these. This is originally $188 and on sale for $64. Shop it here.

UPF 50+ Luxletic Weekender Crop Leggings

These are my first pair of Lilly leggings and I’m hooked! I feel like I’m overly picky with leggings- I like them to have good compression and a band that you aren’t constantly pulling up. These fit that requirement while being very soft, so you can wear them in the summer. This is honestly what I would wear to a water park or something in the summer with Maxi- lavender Chacos included. 😉 These are originally $108 and on sale for $54. I took an xs in them. Shop them here.

Flamenco One-Piece Swimsuit

Another item I always purchase during this sale? Lilly swim! I hate to say something is the BEST or my “favorite” as that can be so redundant in the blogging world, but Lilly Pulitzer makes some of the best swimsuits- if not the best one-pieces I’ve ever tried. They are flattering, comfortable, and feel like a pair of Lululemon leggings, but swimwear. I am a size 2 in their swim and love that they leave me feeling covered {so I can easily play with Maxi!} but cute. Everyone always asks me where my one-pieces are from at the pool and I tell them I buy them during the Lilly sale. This one is originally $138 and on sale for $59. It may seem silly to buy a swimsuit in September, but this is when I buy them and then I don’t worry about it come May! Shop it here.

UPF 50+ Skipper Popover

I’m getting this for our morning walks this fall! This colorful popover with black leggings and a latte will feel cheerful as the days get chillier. I can’t WAIT! These popovers are originally $98 and on sale for $59. I take an XS in these. Shop it here.

I’ll be back with more drops from the sale tomorrow for you to browse, but in the meantime Happy Lilly Shopping!

    Hi Katie!

Beautiful dress choices! Question for you, how to get your hair to look so full? What products do you use?
