If you work in a business casual environment, chances are you’re constantly on the hunt for clothing that can not only be worn at work, but can also be tweaked a bit for the weekend. And I’m sure the chances are even higher that you don’t want to fall into a rut of wearing slim black pants and a button up. In certain offices, you can mix prints!
Florals and leopard are a big no no, but tweed and stripes are subdued and safe, while making room for style and individuality. If you’re a little nervous about pairing a print like tweed to work, just remember Coco Chanel stated this trend and she was inspired by menswear and at that time it was just synonymous with office wear.
Because my meeting days are often filled with lots of walking to and from different offices I paired this look with my Prada loafers. These are similar and I absolutely love them! But you could pair them with a chic, neutral pump like this.
I’ve pulled my favorite tweed pieces below!
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you have a happy Thursday! 🙂
