BuddyLove Try-On Haul for Fall

The Details

Coat | Robe | Jogger Set | Bomber | Cardigan | Pink Puffer Coat | Midi Dress | Bodysuit | In partnership with BuddyLove. All selections and opinions are my own.

Happy Halloween, friends! Are you experiencing a cold front where you live?! It’s in the thirties this morning, so I’m still wondering if I can convince Maxi we only need to trick-or-treat across the street. 😉 Y’all seemed to really love {or I think- basing on blog traffic here haha} the try-on haul last week. So I’m back with another one today, focusing on BuddyLove fall. Get ready for animal print, animal print, and my favorite, animal print.

Coat {wearing size small}

Cruella de PINK?! I shared this on stories last week, but a fun part of my job is seeing line sheets seasons ahead. This spring/summer, I was able to see line sheets from brands for fall and winter. Let me just go ahead and spill the beans {or tea- however, you fancy} BRIGHT faux fur will be everywhere. A neutral coat is always in, but a bright faux fur coat is IT this season. You’ll see girls in an all-neutral uniform with a bright coat over her shoulders. This hot pink take by BuddyLove is so much fun over a head-to-toe black ensemble. This is also what I’ll wear for a dressier occasion this season as well. Shop it here.

Robe

Calling all brides! Are you over seeing the same floral or monogrammed robes for your bridal party on Pinterest? I don’t think I’ve ever taken an #ootd shot in a robe, but this was needed for THIS situation. BuddyLove has these gorgeous designer-looking robes in black and white. Your girls would wear all black and you wear white or you could all wear white depending on the look you are going for. They are soft, silky, and a good length. Shop the black here. Shop the white here.

Bomber {wearing size small}

This snow leopard bomber jacket was one of my favorites in this haul, which surprised me because I can’t remember {if} or when the last time I wore a bomber jacket was. If you are someone that likes the look of a fitted jean jacket, but you need something warmer this season, you have to try this! It is the season of oversized looks, and if you sometimes grow tired of that, this bomber jacket is the solution. I’m just wearing it over a tucked-in tee and jeans, but it feels more pulled together than it actually is. Shop it here.

Top | Bottoms {wearing size small}

Are you labeled the homebody in your group of friends? No shame, I am too! I’m writing this blog post under my barefoot dreams blanket and watching Hallmark movies IN this jogger set, so I could rant and rave about all the cozy things. Matching jogger sets are a great solution for busy girls or mamas that need to be in a casual look, but still want to feel stylish. Throw this on with your top knot and sneakers for carpool pick up, and you look like a girl-on-the-go. Now I do want to note, my friend Emily Gemma has this and shared it and y’all, this sold like Chick-Fil-A Chicken Minis on a Saturday morning. So if this is your favorite piece in the haul, I wouldn’t wait on this. I genuinely don’t know how much longer this will be in stock given the number of units that sold last week- so I wanted to give you a heads up. This distressed jogger set is a unique take on the matching set look and the great thing is you can wear this YEAR round due to the distressed pieces. Shop it here.

Cardigan {wearing size s/m}

Can you get away with wearing a leopard cardigan at a more casual office? If so, this will need to be in your cart. I get hesitant to share many animal-print cardigans I find {even though I love the look} because many times they are that super soft, knit material where one wrong move has you thinking it might unravel. Many times these cardigans feel like a lower quality, but THIS one feels so nice. I would compare it to cardigans you see at luxury department stores for $200 or $250. I know a lot of y’all said you work in really casual offices, so you could probably wear the above look with some classic mules or flats. Shop it here.

Coat {wearing a size small}

Do y’all remember Maxi having this coat in the toddler version last year?! Let me refresh your memory!

I kid you not, on every photo of Maxi girls on Instagram were saying, “I want this in my size!

Ask and you shall receive! BuddyLove has this coat and while they clearly don’t know Maxi had something similar last year, I knew this would be the piece y’all were most excited about. It’s also the coat I know I’ll wear the most this season. I’ve already been living in it this week. It’s so soft and keeps you warm, especially in this rare-for-Texas weather we are having in October. Match Maxi and shop it here.

Fall Midi Dress {wearing size xs}

Need a dress this fall but want to avoid all black? This midi dress is the perfect balance of feminine dress with fall details. I paired it with over-the-knee black boots and a black tank. While you’ll be able to wear this all year, I think this paired with a wrap coat is absolutely gorgeous for date night in November and December. Shop it here.

Bodysuit {wearing xs}

You’ll see a ton of bodysuits on Instagram these next few months, as they are a staple layering piece for fall. However, I find there are fewer occasions to wear a fitted one. It’s not necessarily something I’d wear to a luncheon or a coffee meeting, even though they are perfect for evening events. BUT bodysuits are incredible for layering. You can get that “tucked in” look without the bulk or constantly tucking one side in over the other. This bodysuit has sleeves with volume and would be perfect paired with a skirt for daytime as well. I’m speaking at a Christmas luncheon this weekend and tempted to wear that as my look! Shop it here.
