We are headed to Italy today! One of my dearest friends is getting married in Ravello and when she asked me last year if we would attend, we immediately said, “Yes!” We are so honored to be included in such a special occasion for her and her fiance and feel beyond lucky to get to take this trip. Paul and I were never able to do international travel in our 20s because he worked so much, that it wasn’t feasible to take off the time. It feels like such an overwhelming blessing to be able to go. Naturally, I’ve been sick over leaving my kids. I’ve wrapped trinkets and letters for each day I’m gone, but I’d be lying if I didn’t tell you I hadn’t slept all week thinking about it.

The good news is my parents are watching them, and they will hardly know we are gone, and my Nana is flying in today as well as my aunt and cousins. The kids will be in heaven with all the attention…but I still welcome any encouragement that it will be okay! I kept telling Paul, “I have no appetite, I’m so worried. How will I get on this plane?” ha.

I wanted to create a little landing page with the items I packed, in case you miss a link on Instagram and want to see! The colorful outfits are half the fun, right?! 😉

I swear I have tried every single Black Tie dress on the market as of late! ha. Finding something that could fit in a suitcase, work on the Amalfi Coast, and be formal was a bit of a challenge. But when I found this, I knew it was it! It does run large.

I snagged this dress for the welcome dinner a few months ago, the shorter version is available in stock. This is similar and gorgeous!

I love this dress because it is linen and can work with flat sandals for day or dressed up with accessories for night.

This dress comes in a punchy orange or yellow, but it does run a bit small. I sized up and preferred the looser fit for daytime!

Y’all sold this Anthropologie skirt out, but the halter top is worth mentioning. It’s the perfect piece for summer as it works with any skirt or shorts. It’s true to size!

I can’t wait to share photos when I get back!

Your outfits are perfect for the Amalfi coast for never having been there! The only thing I’d add is there are LOTS of steep steps so comfy walking shoes are a must! Enjoy!
